“Recently Warrens have been appointed as our main furniture supplier based on my experience last year when working with James Renwick and the Warrens design and furniture supply team. The project was to set up and open a new office for the firm in Winchester. Again I was very impressed with James's expertise and commitment, and on occasion his cool and calm persona!
From the start James recommended a first class contractor for the major building renovations and interior fit out. This was important as they needed to have experience of a grade II listed period building. I planned the interior design with James, who used sophisticated visualisation to show the interior design concepts which were staggeringly true to life. Techniques such as 360 view rendering and 3D CAD drawings were used to great effect. Then Warrens supplied the furniture for the office, including a bespoke wood veneer reception desk and meeting room tables and chairs. There was innovation as well, as we installed some height adjustable desks to enable solicitors to stand while they work, which has proved very popular and helped ease some back pain and posture problems. All this intensive work was to time scales and budgets.
